Completion of this thesis project was a fitting culmination of the five years in the Architectural Engineering department.  By applying my knowledge to a real-world application, I was able to prove to myself that I am ready to enter the professional industry and make a difference right away. While it was stressful at times, I am grateful for the experience and proud of the work I completed.

The wide variety of knowledge gained and experiences over the last five years are what stands out the most to me. From traveling to Washington D.C., New York, and all the way to Rome, and back, I acquired the tools that will allow me to succeed for the rest of my life. While the knowledge will carry me throughout my career, the people I've met are what really have gotten me through my time here. I'd like to thank my closest friends, classmates, and the architectural engineering faculty for everything you have done for over the last five years.

I will forever be proud to say I am a Penn State AE.
